This dressing will blow your mind….

Let’s be honest. No one likes salad that has a boring dressing. To conclude: The dressing is the key of a salad. But always eating the same one might be boring either. So there is only one solution: Try my peanut dressing and make your next salad as good as you deserve it to be. You could basically use this dressing for any salad. E.g Rice noodle salad (just delicious – recipe will follow soon), or a delicious pasta salad, or a common salad,…. There are so many options. (Maybe you shouldn‘t use it to pimp up your fruit salad – this won‘t be that mouthwatering, I guess. But if you try it and it tastes good, let me know in the comments:). Anyways, we should start with the preparation now to make sure you can eat your meal by time…….

  2. Prepare a Peanut Butter dressing
  3. Eat the Peanut Butter dressing

Needed Ingredients for this step:

  • Peanut Butter
  • sesame oil
  • Balsamico vinegar
  • a little sugar
  • lemon
  • water

I started by mixing the peanut butter with some sesame oil as well as Balsamico vinegar, lemon and of course a little sugar to balance the flavours. Make sure to add the sugar – it is just way better. Then I added water to liquefy it. That is actually the magic. A really short recipe. I would love to give you some leads but I can‘t because this is it. Well actually one thing: If you haven‘t got any sesame oil you could use olive oil instead but ensure to use it if you have it because it tastes different and is more likely round the peanut dressing:)

Recipe

  • Combine the peanut butter with the sesame oil as well as Balsamico vinegar, sugar and a gulg of lemon juice. Then add the water and liquify everything.

for the dressing (the amount of the ingredients depends, so you might have to try what’s best for you. The amount is for the entire peanut sauce in the bowl on the picture.)

  • 3 Tablespoon peanut butter (I used the natural one without any other ingredients)
  • 1 Glug sesame oil
  • 1 Glug Balsamico vinegar
  • 1 Glug lemon juice
  • A little sugar
  • water (add it until there is a consistent similar to coconut milk from the can)
